Nathaniel Daygbor In Monrovia Latest reports of provisional results of the Presidential and Representative elections in Liberia show that George Manneh Weah of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) top in 12 of the 15 political subdivisions (counties), and closely followed by Vice President Joseph Boakai, standard-bearer of the ruling Unity Party. The organization succeeded in preventing the pregnancies by providing contraceptive services and distributing condoms to sexually active youths and adults. The press release, which was issued recently during the commemoration of the World Contraception Day (WCD), also noted that in 2016, MSSL’s teams provided family planning contraceptive services to 444,456 countrywide, thereby preventing 59,510 unsafe abortions. “Excluding the free distribution of 1,080,002 condoms, MSSL was able to prevent 1,073 maternal deaths.…
