The Budget and Finance Committee of the National Board of Directors of the Grand Gedeh Association in the Americas (GGAA) published its final report on the alleged financial improprieties by the Fred Gwyan administration of the GGAA. The Committee alleged what it called 61 violations of the GGAA Constitution and protocols set in place for spending money from the Association’s coffers. The Chairman of the GGAA Board of Directors, Isaac Bull Yonly, ordered a freeze on the Bank of America account belonging to the Association. Mr. Fred Tarlue Gwyan’s name was removed, something he claimed the Chairman did unilaterally, but Chairman Bull claimed he got his authorization from the Board Executives.
