All members of the United Liberian Association in North Dakota are reminded that the second and final debate between Presidential candidates Hon. J. Saywala Kennedy and Hon. Napoleon Clark is today, October 9th. Everyone is encouraged to be on time as there will be NO LIBERIAN TIME. The Debate starts at 4:00pm. Once the two presidential Candidates are present, the debate will start even with one person sitting in the hall.
