Court Orders Fred & Jeremiah Not Solicit or Represent GGAA
By Our Reporter
Fred Gwyan bypassed a ‘small disgrace’ and embraced an utterly big one, and with him is his treasurer, Jeremiah Shar who is being dragged along with Fred in the mud. Both men are like moose being led into the slaughterhouse by a group of “egomania and bootlickers”.
As if being the first Grand Gedeh Association President to be suspended, impeached and removed from office was not enough tantalizing disgrace for Mr. Gwyan, he embarked on what many called “self-crucifying” venture when he dragged the GGAA to court.
Fred touted his nose and face into the air like a ram sniffing urine of an ewe, refusing to listen to the voices of reasoning that settling the case with the GGAA in house was the best option. He proceeded to court with a lawsuit seeking declaratory judgment that he very unlikely to win.
COURT ORDER INJUNCTION AGAINST FRED GWYAN
COURT ORDER OVERRULING GWYAN OBJECTIONS
Although Fred and Jeremiah were ejected from the GGAA election process, he filed a motion with the Court of Common Pleas in the Delaware District requesting the court to place an injunction on the elections of May 9, 2017. The Judge denied his request.
Messr Gwyan and Shar’s lawyer filed an amended motion for the judge to rescind his decision, but the judge rejected the amended motion and upheld the previous ruling and order.
But what broke the camel’s back came August 7, 2017 when the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania granted a preliminary Injunction filed by the Grand Gedeh Association. The Association complained that Gwyan and Shar were using the name of the GGAA wrongfully and that they were calling themselves officers of the Association, despite an election that ushered in new corps of officers, with Augustine Menyeah at the helm of authority.
Gwyan and Shar’ lawyer objected to the Injunction but the judge overruled the objection. Then the Judge upheld the petition for Preliminary Injunction filed by the GGAA lawyer.
The judge ordered that Fred and Jeremiah no longer call themselves President and treasurer or officers of the GGAA, do not collect or solicit funds, do not represent the Association anywhere, whether it be from the benefit of the GGAA or not. The ordered also order that the defendants – Fred and Jeremiah – are subject to an imposed Constructive Trust of all funds and properties of the Association.
In fact, the court ordered that Fred and Jeremiah go back to all the areas, media and manner in which they misrepresented and misinformed the public that they were officers of GGAA and tell the public that they are not. The court has nailed the two men placing them on ice not to impersonate again under the terms of the Injunction.
