Fish Town, River Gee Co.: A 9-year-old girl was subjected to severe physical abuse by her father, known only as Moses in the Big Market Community, Fish Town City, River Gee County.
Suspect Moses earns his living from riding Keker. He was accused of beating his daughter for sleeping outside.
However, the Liberia National Police, has arrested Moses in relation to this incident. But to the dismay of many, the Police charged him with Simple Assault.
He was later released on ground that he’s the only caretaker of the victim, so; he was requested to leave in order to seek the wellbeing of the 9-year-old girl.
Meanwhile the Police are also planning to forward the perpetrator to court for further arraignment and possible prosecution.
