“When her aunty was in Ghana, you defendant firstly began to finger her.” That was the averment on the face of the writ of arrest issue by the Paynesville Magisterial Court against Momolu Sirleaf, an official of the Ministry of Health in Monrovia.

Magistrate James Cooper of the Paynesville Magisterial Court is holding Mr. Sirleaf and has sent him to jail on allegation that Defendant Sirleaf raped an 11-year old niece of his wife. The Court said Sirleaf has been fingering his victim and subsequently sexually assaulted her while his wife was away to Ghana.
