The Budget and Finance Committee of the National Board of Directors of the Grand Gedeh Association in the Americas (GGAA) published its final report on the alleged financial improprieties by the Fred Gwyan administration of the GGAA. The Committee alleged what it called 61 violations of the GGAA Constitution and protocols set in place for spending money from the Association’s coffers.
