The Chairman of the GGAA Board of Directors, Isaac Bull Yonly, ordered a freeze on the Bank of America account belonging to the Association. Mr. Fred Tarlue Gwyan’s name was removed, something he claimed the Chairman did unilaterally, but Chairman Bull claimed he got his authorization from the Board Executives. See link below:
