Nathaniel Daygbor in Monrovia Five lawmakers – both senators and representatives – have taken an unprecedented step and have petitioned the Lower House of the Liberian parliament to impeach three justices of the Supreme Court of Liberia – Justices Kabineh Ja’Neh, Jamesetta Howard Wolokollie and Philip A. Z. Banks. The three justices were accused of gross breach of their constitutional responsibility and ethical rules governing the conduct of judges of the Liberian judiciary. Dr. Loua says there are 13 patients to one nurse at the only Government-run Hospital in the County. The group has recently provided elections monitor training for 15 people from four counties in Liberia. The 15 people were trained on basic techniques in monitoring campaigns in their respective counties. Those trained are from Montserrado, Margibi, Rivercess and Grand Bassa Counties.
